Gift cards are not allowed to expire in Canada.

You can not redeem a gift card for cash in Canada.

Aasein does not accept returns or refunds on gift cards.

All orders begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Aasein will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun.

Please expect 5-7 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA, and 9-12 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays.

When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

Aasein is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.

Both Pre-Order and Special Orders are items that have not yet arrived to us but can be purchased in advance. Once the items arrive, we will ship the Pre-Order or Special Order to you directly.

Special Orders are treated as a final sale, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-price matchable once the order has been processed. A 100% deposit is required to initiate a Special Order.

Aasein reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any orders cancelled as a result of this will be notified by email refunded in full.

International

International orders may be subject to taxes and duties levied by the importing country. Should you refuse to pay duty/tax, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited the amount you paid, less restocking fee.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

CANADA SHIPPING RATES

Orders with a subtotal exceeding $50 receive free shipping.

USA SHIPPING RATES

Orders with a subtotal exceeding $60 receive free shipping.

To start a claim please contact us through our chat room or via email at infoaasein@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and email address.

We will start an investigation into the disappearance of the packing and will keep you updated every step of the way.

Aasein is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.

We offer 15 Days Exchange or Return. If you are still undecided, or not the right colour/size, or for any other reasons, you have 15 days after placing your order to request for either an Exchange or Return.

Please inspect your items upon receiving your order and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can look into the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards. You can also refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
